Newton Agency continued its trend of talent scouting up and coming young stars with the signing of 400m hurdle Youth Olympic and Junior African champion, Gezelle Magerman. “I am so glad to be a part of the Newton Sports Agency family. It’s a great honour for me to work with people that have such trust in my abilities, and I am very excited about this new stage in my life” said Magerman. The matric pupil already has a string of awards behind her, winning newcomer of the year at the 2014 SA Sports Awards and Rising Star of the year at the 2015 Discovery Sports Industry Awards. She now has her sights firmly set on performing at IAAF Junior World Championships in 2016.
