Phil-Mar van Rensburg showed why is an athlete to watch in the future, with a 79.83m throw in the Javelin, earning him 4th place at the Commonwealth Games.

“It has been an incredible experience to be able to compete at the Commonwealth Games, thank you to my coach DP Badenhorts and my whole team for making a dream come true. I am so motivated for the rest of the season and can’t wait to compete again and throw even further”, said a satisfied van Rensburg.
