It was a hugely successful weekend for our juniors athletes competing at the CAA U18/U20 African Athletics Championships in Nigeria.
Naeem Jack showed his versatility by winning the u18 110m hurdles after competing in a number of 200m races recently.
Denis Kipkoech followed up his World Junior silver medal last year with gold this time in the 5000m.
Then young Sibongakonke Makhaza competing in his first international race came a close 2nd in the u20 200m, and also helped the 4 x 400m relay to the silver medal.
