Thando Roto (100m) and Leroux Hamman (400m hurdles) have both made it through to the semi-finals of their respective events at the 29th Summer Universiade taking place in Taipei, Taiwan.
The Universiade is an international multi-sport event for university athletes, and is the second largest sporting event in the world just behind the Olympic Games.
