It was a golden two days for Agency clients competing in the inaugural Athletics World Cup in London this weekend. Sunette Viljoen, using all her experience, stayed calm under pressure and with her last throw of 61.69m, clinched gold in the Javelin. New South African record holder Rikenette Steenkamp continued her great season, winning the 100mH in an outstanding 12.88s; and Commonwealth Champion Luvo Manyonga was back to his best with a win in the Long Jump with a leap of 8.51 m.
Also in the medals was Victor Hogan who won silver in the Discus.
Other clients in action were Wenda Nel who just missed out on a bronze in a hard fought 400mH, and Tebogo Mamatu competed in the 4 x 100m relay.
