In last nights Lausanne Diamond League meeting Botswanan Isaak Makwala ran a seasons best time of 44.08s to come third in the men’s 400m race, and in the 400m men’s hurdles, 2014 Commonwealth Champion, Cornel Fredericks ran and excellent 49.32s.
